CREW APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in crewing at COMIC & SOUL!
We’re looking for committed individuals who are punctual, communicative, and easy to work with who have a capacity and dedication for serving. To participate in crew you must be available to arrive by 5:30pm on Friday May 16, 9:15am Saturday May 17, and 1:15pm on Sunday May 18. Clean-up will take ~20-30 minutes at the end of each session.
Duties will include: welcoming participants on opening night, sweeping the dance floor before and after sessions, and during breaks; assisting in tending of altar spaces; monitoring studio temperature, turning on/off fans, opening/closing windows; keeping the space tidy; managing any lost and found items, helping to setup and prepare art supplies; and checking that bathrooms are clean and fully stocked.
All crew participants may be asked to help support in additional tasks as they come up. Please note that participating in the workshop in addition to crewing responsibilities can be a lot. Please consider if this is within your capacity to show up fully!
