Space to tune in, breathe, and rest in the beat.

Come home to your skin, blood, bone, pulse.
Turn up the heat, let go of your head, and give the reins over to the beat moving your feet. We’ll practice softening our grip on how things might go as we deepen into our physical bodies in the present moment. Together, we’ll create a culture of connection, whether you prefer dancing on your own or with others.

Please note: Presence Studio is only accessible by stairs. If you need assistance accessing the studio, or have other questions, please contact Kelsey.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
$15-$25/lab. Cash or venmo at the door.

LAB ETIQUETTE:

  • Please silence your phone or put it on airplane mode and refrain from using it for the duration of the lab.

  • This is a drug and alcohol free space.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes. Layers are recommended.

  • The dance studio is a talk-free zone unless otherwise instructed. If you need to talk to someone, please use the waiting room or entryway to do so.
