A 9-week Open Floor Movement Lab with Kelsey Maloney
Things can move so fast. It’s easy to miss ourselves, each other, the moment.
In this Open Floor Movement Lab, we’ll keep it simple. Really simple.
The "moving meditation cycle" will be our score—Three rounds of SIT. WALK. DANCE.
There is nothing you need to do. Nothing to figure out.
Each week, we’ll invite in different allies to further us into presence, connection, and curiosity.
To bring us into—this breath. This moment. This body. This heartbreak. This possibility.
This peculiar experience of being human.

There is free street and lot parking available. This studio is wheelchair accessible.
PRICING & PAYMENT DETAILS:
$525 if paid in full by August 20
$585 if paid in full by September 3
$645 after September 3
A $125 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when registering to hold your place in THIS.
You can pay your remaining balance via WECU transfer (WECU members only), check, venmo, or credit card. Please note: there is an additional 3.2% transaction fee added to credit card payments.
Two and three part payment plans* available at $645 rate:
1st payment due at time of registration.
2nd payment due by Oct. 15.
3rd payment due by Nov. 5.
*If signing up for a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all payments even if you are unable to complete the group for any reason.
WORK TRADE OPPORTUNITIES:
There are two work trade opportunities available for a partial discount. Preference will be given to those in need of financial support in order to attend the lab. If you are interested in one of these positions, please indicate so in the “anything else you’d like to share” section of the registration form below.
For each session, work trade will involve:
-arriving ~1 hour early to help set up and prepare the space (sweeping, sound set up, etc.)
-adjusting lights, fans, heat, windows, etc. during the duration of the lab
-staying ~30 minutes after the lab to clean up (bathrooms, sweeping, etc.)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel, you will receive a full-refund (minus the $125 deposit) up until August 20, 2026. After August 20, there are no refunds. There are no refunds for missed labs or cancellations after the start of the lab. If Kelsey needs to cancel any session(s) due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will attempt to reschedule. If this is not possible, there will be no refund for one cancelled session. If more than one session is cancelled, you can request a prorated refund by contacting Kelsey.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:
Your attendance and participation are an important part of this exploration! Your attendance and punctuality at each session contributes to the cohesion of our group container. If you know beforehand that you will need to miss more than two sessions, please wait to sign up for another lab.
Several days before the start of the lab, Kelsey will send an email out with the names of everyone in the group. If you notice a confidentiality conflict with someone in the group, please let Kelsey know as soon as possible.
